If you’re human then you probably take yourself pretty darn seriously. You
might even confuse the truth with bad news and believe the key to happiness
lies at the end of your “To Do” list. By sitting together and sharing the dharma
we can remember the unbelievable beauty and delightful absurdity of being
human. This series is an opportunity to be with the truth, and laugh at our-
selves, while waking up lightly together.

This half day workshop dignifies play as a spiritual path and unleashes its magic in our lives. It is an opportunity to play full out and to play with what stops us from playing full out. It invites a total “Yes!” to reality just as it is. Nothiing is forced, everything is invited, and non-sense is highly encouraged.

An irresistible invitation to:
• Relax the seeker while fully
  engaging your path
• Broaden and deepen your
  playground to include everything
• Play with the blocks to play
• Initiate play when it’s absent
• Increase your sense of being
held so that play naturally arises

Sliding scale $55 - $85

What some of Gwen's students have said about her play courses:

“I loved it. I felt that the material
was brilliantly woven through the
course while using some skillful play
activities. Your facilitation was
amazing, as well as your natural gift
and passion fpr the topic.”

- A.Young

“I now have a conceptual
framework that turns all of the universe, all of the world, and all of
my daily life challenges into opportunities for play.  There is a joy
of living inherent in this approach, and it resonates with me on a deep level.”

- J. Chernow

“Thank you for giving me the oppor-
tunity to heal myself in this way.
I hope you see how majestically you
enabled us all to rest in a place of safety and explore inside of loving arms. I will see play and light in places undiscovered. This group is something that I will never forget.”

- A. Ginsberg

“Wow, thank you for touching
something that I had no idea needing
touching. Gwen, the weekend was
just a beginning process to letting
down my guards to be totally
accepting of myself and others in
play. Thanks for your warm open support and formodelling spontaneous funness for us all.”

- P. Buttner
